Installing Ubuntu Server on the Mini-PC
There are many videos online to install Ubuntu Server on a mini-PC.
This is essential. If the mini-PC is not connected to the network during the Ubuntu Server installation, the installer will not be able to download the packages it needs, and the "Install OpenSSH server" option will not be available.
Without OpenSSH, you will not be able to connect remotely to your mini-PC to install Docker and Gladys, and you will have to redo the whole installation.
So: connect the Ethernet cable first, then start the installation, and make sure you check the "Install OpenSSH server" box during the setup.
